Precision Daly City Fence Builder provides residential and commercial fence installation, fence repair, fence replacement, gate installation, and related services in Daly City, CA and surrounding communities. Services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided prior to the start of work.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Prices may be adjusted if conditions at the project site differ materially from what was observed during the estimate - for example, if hidden obstructions, uneven terrain, or permitting requirements not identified during the estimate are discovered after work begins. In any such case, we will notify you of the change before proceeding.
Providing an estimate does not obligate either party to proceed. A project does not begin until both parties have agreed to the scope and price in writing.
Project start dates are confirmed at the time of booking. We make every effort to begin work on the agreed date. Delays caused by weather, permit processing, or factors outside our control may affect the schedule, and we will communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee to cover crew scheduling and materials preparation costs, the amount of which will be specified in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a project if site conditions are unsafe, if required permits cannot be obtained, or if access to the property cannot be arranged.
Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. Typical arrangements require a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise agreed.
If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on the project until payment is made. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee. In the event that collection action is required, you agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by California law.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project needs when requesting services. Before work begins, you are responsible for:
We will call 811 before digging, as required by California law, to have underground utilities marked. However, you are responsible for disclosing any known underground features on your property that may not be captured by the standard utility locating process.
Where required, we will obtain necessary building permits on your behalf and factor permit fees into the project estimate. We perform all work in compliance with applicable local building codes and regulations. If a project requires a permit and you instruct us to proceed without one, we reserve the right to decline the work. You acknowledge that unpermitted work may create liability for you as the property owner.
Our workmanship warranty, if offered, is described in your individual service agreement. Where no specific warranty is stated, we warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using materials that meet industry standards.
Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer or supplier of the materials used. We are not responsible for material defects beyond what is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Normal weathering, fading, or wear that occurs over time is not covered. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, vandalism, extreme weather, or modifications made by others after project completion is not covered.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Precision Daly City Fence Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this agreement, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
If a dispute arises from our services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly when raised early.
If direct resolution is not possible, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these Terms that is not resolved through mediation shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved by mediation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Mateo County, California.
